History

How it all began

My instructing career began with instructing fire courses. I am always interested in learning something new. After I have learned something I feel it is important to share the information. I quickly added first aid instruction to the course offerings and lead to more opportunities to instruct. Continuing to instruct individuals and companies for a few more years. LEAD Services officially began in November of 2015 as a part time venture, and expanded to a full time role.

I became an instructor to help share knowledge. The knowledge lies within the group not with one person only. In a session there is experience among the participants, as well as the instructor. This will help participants to be engaged, and grow to be more knowledgeable and better workers. A goal of an instructor is to guide the participants to be better when they have completed the session, compared to when they started the session. LEAD Services always hope the shared knowledge will help keep the participants safe after leaving the session.
